Last year i had such an amazing time i came back,this time decided to share it with someone special. Best thing i could of ever done tbh…was so lucky and blessed to be treated so well. This isnt your average resort, i was very blessed to be treated so well having all my needs catered to by the amazing concierge Sofia. We communicated before i arrived and actually was blown away by how she took care of us. She had a special cake made for my gf exactly how i asked,i sent a picture and the chef copied it but made the cake special for us 2. Waited till my gfs bday and even though sofia wasnt working that day she had it delivered on time to surprise her.it happened to be valentines day the same week as her birthday and i also had sofia acquiring beautiful roses … so she made me look and my gf couldnt be happier. Anything i needed or asked she helped me with,getting me a restaurant reservation or a taxi back to the airport she arranged it all for me.. ive never had better service and care she made sure i was always happy and taken care . The other person at this hotel that took care of me was Jose Miguel he was our guy on the beach was the best service i ever had also. I spent my whole day on the beach so u could imagine how happy our time was… he actually even made my gf a special mini cake with a candle by surprise we were so thankful and lucky to meet these people. Anything i needed was always taken care of mixed with a beautiful hotel and percect weather , not to mention the most amazing highly maintained beaches … sand was always clean seaweed taken care of. The crowd at the hotel was excellent very classy never loud the food was excellent …. Everything was very high end start to finish. If your going to tulum spoil yourself and stay here it will be a place you always return.

My family and I stayed at Nômade for the first time and it is safe to say that we’ll be back! Everything was amazing, from the staff to the room accommodations, and most importantly the beautiful beach the property lived on. The food was delicious and we really loved the inclusion of breakfast with our reservation. Although we wish there was a little more variety for breakfast we did enjoy each meal. Navil, the concierge, was one of the highlights for me. She was accessible, attentive and so helpful with whatever my family needed. She even helped decorate our room for my wife’s birthday celebration! Thank you to all of the staff at Nômade for making our trip an unforgettable one.

Nomade is always a beautiful experience. The first time I discovered Nomade was in Holbox, and we completely fell in love with the tranquility, the service, and the overall atmosphere. The food was excellent, and the entire experience felt special and peaceful. Because we loved Holbox so much, we looked for a location closer to us and were happy to find that Nomade also has a hotel in Tulum. Since then, most of the times we visit Tulum, we choose to stay at Nomade. We have stayed at other hotels like Be Tulum and Azulik. They are good hotels, but honestly, Nomade has always been our favorite. This hotel feels like a spiritual retreat. At the same time, in the evenings the restaurant offers music, creating a very calm yet sophisticated and high-class atmosphere. The Beach Club food is outstanding, and the service from all the staff is truly wonderful. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. I highly recommend Room #5. It is elevated and has its own private pool. It is one of the more expensive options, but it is exceptional. The beachfront rooms are also amazing if you prefer to stay right by the ocean. It really depends on whether you want direct beach access or more privacy. Nomade is truly a hotel you will always want to come back to.

I had an amazing stay at Nomade Tulum and absolutely loved every minute of it. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond. They are genuinely there to serve and meet your needs. The environment is pure magic, stunning from sunrise to sunset. The entire property feels beautiful and inspiring, with a special energy you truly have to experience for yourself. The connections you make with both guests and staff are unlike anywhere else. I also highly recommend taking advantage of the wellness classes and offerings during your stay. I absolutely will be back. Highly recommend!

It was a perfect hotel for a perfect getaway. They handle big groups (we had 26 ppl) as well as just couples equally well. Everything was clean, exotic, delicious. Beach food was better than most gourmet restaurants. our concierge Sofia went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. Would return again! Love this place!

This was our second stay at Nomade, and definitely won’t be our last. Everything was amazing, but the most memorable was the service. Front desk guys were ok, but everyone else— from the concierges (shoutout to Sofia, the best!!) to the waiters, their attentiveness and attitude made our stay the cherry on top. All of the food, La Popular, Kuu, and Macondo… BEST hotel food I’ve ever experienced. We stayed in the Premier Oceanfront Suite, which was mindblowingly gorgeous. Previously stayed in the Premier Jungle Suite which honestly, was just as amazing. The attention to detail in all of the rooms are top-tier. Truly an unforgettable stay. Not sure about the negative reviews, my boyfriend and I were confused, but then just keep in mind basic psychology— people are more likely to complain and leave a poor review than go out of their ways to leave a good one. We definitely will be back!

I wanted to share how truly lovely my trip was. I visited last week and had such a beautiful, life-changing, and renewing experience. Traveling on my own for the first time made me nervous, but it ended up being incredibly empowering—and something I would absolutely do again. The resort activities I participated in were welcoming and thoughtfully curated. I especially loved the teachers for the 4 Ritual class and Cosmic Colors—they made those experiences truly special. Thank you for an unforgettable trip, an amazing staff, and such kind, dedicated teachers. I will definitely be back.

The property makes you feel so secluded, like you are lost in the jungle rather than at a resort. The journey designers made our stay even better than expected. They are so engaging and thoughtful, always checking in to see that all is well. There are so many amazing experiences to choose from we will definitely be back again. In fact many people we met were there for the fourth or fifth time. A testament to how great a place it is! The servers and staff are top notch. I can’t recommend it highly enough!
